Event Guidelines for Vendors

Here's what to expect when you sign up for one of our events on Facebook.

Join the event by selecting "Going" on the event.

The list of participating vendors will be posted in the discussion section.

All of the required forms must be submitted and the fee invoice paid before you will be listed in the participating vendors.

When you are approved, please invite as many attendees as you can to the event.  You are also welcome to invite additional vendors if you know someone who is interested in participating.  The more people we all invite, the better the outcome of the sales.

The fees collected are used for event promotion to attract more customers to the event.

During the event, we ask that you post up to 5 times per day.  We limit the posts to allow everyone the chance to see all Vendor posts.   You may only post "clean images" and if we find the posts to be offensive, you will be banned from future events.  

There is to be no recruiting to COTM, HOTM, or DS Games groups during our events.  If you are reported, you will be banned from participating in future events.
